Panel Upgrades & Service Replacement
Flickering lights, breakers that trip when two appliances run together, or a fuse box older than the people living in the house — all signs the service isn’t keeping up with how the home actually gets used. We replace and upgrade electrical panels, bring service capacity up to what a modern household needs, and label the finished panel so it makes sense to whoever opens it next.
Whole-Home Rewiring
Older homes around here often still have original wiring — ungrounded circuits, cloth insulation, sometimes knob and tube. We rewire houses room by room or all at once, depending on what the project allows, and handle the permits and inspections as part of the job.
Troubleshooting & Repair
A dead outlet, a circuit that trips for no obvious reason, a light that flickers only sometimes. Intermittent electrical problems are the ones homeowners live with for years. We track them down and fix the cause rather than the symptom.
Outlets, Switches & Fixtures
Adding outlets where a room has outgrown them, relocating switches after a remodel, installing light fixtures and ceiling fans, adding GFCI protection in kitchens, baths, and outdoors. The small jobs that are genuinely worth calling an electrician for.
Code Violation Corrections
Failed inspections, problems flagged in a home inspection during a sale, or previous work that was never done right. We correct the violation, pull the permit, and get it re-inspected.
Remodels & New Construction
Full rough-in for new builds and additions, plus the electrical side of kitchen and bath remodels, finished basements, and garage conversions. We coordinate with your builder and other trades so the electrical isn’t the thing holding up the schedule.

Specialty Installations
Standby Generator Installation
Whole-home standby generators, including the transfer switch, pad, and the electrical side of the installation. Worth considering for any house where a multi-day winter outage would mean frozen pipes — which around here is most of them.
EV Charger Installation
Level 2 home chargers on a dedicated 240-volt circuit. What the job costs mostly comes down to two things: how far your panel is from where you park, and whether your existing service has the capacity to add the load. We’ll tell you both before quoting.
Hot Tubs & Spa Circuits
A hot tub needs a dedicated GFCI-protected circuit and a disconnect within sight of the tub. We run the circuit, install the disconnect, and handle the permit and inspection. It’s one of the more common calls we get.
Lake & Waterfront Electrical
Boat lift wiring, dock lighting, and pier power for waterfront properties across the area’s lakes. Waterfront electrical has its own requirements, and it’s work we’re set up to do properly.
Light Commercial
Offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and small multi-family buildings. Service upgrades, lighting, tenant build-outs, and repairs. We handle light commercial work — not industrial.
